The EU

Google says the EU requires a notice of cookie use (by Google) and says they have posted a notice. I don't see it. If cookies bother you, go elsewhere. If the EU bothers you, emigrate. If you live outside the EU, don't go there.

What Will They Be Doing on Wednesday


For John, BLUF:  We do need to clean up the spending for Fiscal Year 2015, which began a month ago.  Nothing to see here; just move along.


From Roll Call is an article on folks on Capitol Hill looking to the Lame Duck session to pass an Omnibus spending bill.
Away from the din of the campaign, House and Senate appropriations staffers are quietly laying the groundwork for an ambitious wrap-up spending package in the lame duck.
